GUIDES TO THE UNIVERSITY

The Master of Science in Economia e legislazione per l'impresa [Business Administration and Law] has the following educational objectives:

1. provide advanced studies in accounting, business finance, company and tax law, so as to work both in companies as well as an external professional, to solve complex problems which require corporate management and juridical competences;
2. promote the development of a unitary interdisciplinary vision of mergers, acquisitions and corporate restructuring in terms of assessment, accounting and corporate governance implications; 
3. complete the corporate and juridical preparation providing competences in subjects as economics and quantitative, so as to develop problem analysis skills in interdisciplinary areas; 
4. develop behavioral skills via ad hoc seminars and via in / out of class activities related to courses, namely skills in communication, in interaction, in addressing complex issues;
5. promote fluency in English to work effectively and efficiently; proficiency in a second EU language. Finally, to foster a wide-ranging culture to develop critical thinking and to delve into cutting-edge topics.
