Role in a work setting:
Graduates analyze and assess the business processes that characterize the various functions both in small and medium enterprises and in larger and more complex companies, or as an external consultant for such companies. Using their knowledge, they can contribute to designing and implementing innovative corporate strategies in a changing competitive system.

Skills associated with the role:
Graduates possess qualified knowledge and advanced skills in understanding the functioning of various company positions (sales and marketing of products and services, organization, analysis supporting strategic planning, etc.). They possess advanced knowledge of both theoretical models and analytical instruments for formulating an assessment of a company’s strategic positioning. Graduates have in-depth knowledge of the process of interaction between financial and business variables, and can apply them to business analytics to develop strategies at both corporate and business levels. Lastly, multidisciplinary skills and the ability to interact in a coordinated way with various company positions allow them to work with a unified strategic vision of a company.

Graduates work on all activities related to human resources management (planning, recruitment and selection of human resources, design and implementation of staff management systems), and in the human resources and organization function of private and public companies of any size, and specialized head-hunting companies.

Skills associated with the role:
Graduates possess qualified knowledge and advanced skills both in the field of designing internal organization systems, the management of human resources, labor law and economics, as well as the field of strategic corporate management.
Graduates possess multidisciplinary knowledge for defining, assessing and implementing personnel management policies, and can apply them to the analysis of designing an organizational structure and its operational systems, as well as assess their implementation in a given competitive area.
