Mission & Content Summary
MISSION
Today, more than ever, we need leaders that spark disruption and contribute to shape a more equitable and sustainable future. Sustainable Leadership is all about adopting a responsible approach to the way we lead, considering the wider impact of our actions on society and the environment. Sustainable Leadership is an emerging field, and the terminology is still evolving. Yet, there is consensus that Sustainable Leadership requires a mindset capable of addressing complex global challenges to create lasting change.
This seminar provides an orientation for the whole Transformative Sustainability Master’s Program by introducing the student to the skills and values needed to become a sustainable leader, knowing that as future managers they all can make a difference.

Students are evaluated based on their active and continuous contribution. Please note that two assignments (video submission and quiz completion) are due prior to the beginning of the seminar. For detailed assignment instructions see BlackBoard.

The attendance of this seminar is compulsory and requires in-class presence for all students. Ad hoc modalities for not attending students will be discussed by the faculty upon request prior to class.
