Born May 9th, 1966. Degree in Business Administration from Università Bocconi. PhD in Business Administration (Università Bocconi).
Associate Professor of Business Organization. From 2021, Director of the Specialized Master of Science in Organization and Human Resources Management and previously from 2003 to 2008. At SDA Bocconi School of Management she is Professor of the Knowledge Group Organization, Leadership and Human Resources and she has been the Director of the Executive Master in Strategic Human Resource Management from 2008 to 2014. She is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC). She has been a visiting scholar at the University of Michigan Business School, Ann Arbor (MI, U.S.A.) and at the University of Maryland Business School, College Park (MD, U.S.A.). Honors and awards: Excellence in Research Award, Bocconi University 2004-2005. Best Paper Award, "The importance of organizational justice in career decisions", The Career Division of the Academy of Management, Toronto, 2000.
