Students can request the following certifications/documents in Italian or in English:
- enrolment in academic year;
- unofficial academic transcript, comprising the educational activities taken including mark if appropriate;
- official academic transcript.
It is specified that such certifications are available only in paper format.
Students can print all certifications at any Punto Blu terminal only , after acceeing from their yoU@B Diary to the Punto Blu and by selecting the Administrative Area>Certifications menu on condition that they have paid their university fees and taxes and are enrolled in the current academic year as visiting students.
Alternatively students:
- can request the certifications at the Academic Affairs Division Desk via Sarfatti 25 open from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm;
- can empower, by written authorization, another person to request or pick up certifications/documents at the Academic Affairs Division Desk.
The written authorization must contain:
- name and surname (family name) of the student;
- personal details;
- personal details of the authorized person;
- type of certification requested, number of copies and the language in which you want the certification (Italian or English);
- signature of the student;
- a photocopy of the student's identity card, or other document.
The authorized person must go to the Academic Affairs DivisionDesk with the documents mentioned above and also with their own identity card or similar proof of identity document (e.g. passport).
