SIMONE LONATI

During the European Criminal Procedure course, Professor Lonati organises every year for his students a visit to the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg. 

On the 2nd of December 2019, students had the opportunity to visit the building of the Court and to meet, in the Grande Chambre court room, Mr. Roberto Chenal, Jurist at the Court and Responsible of the cooperation project with Italian Court of Cassation. 

Moreover, students had the privilege to meet Mr. Raffaele Sabato, Italian Judge at the European Court of Human Rights, who offered a precious lesson on the fuctioning of the Court and on his role as Judge.
