Biographical note

Born September 29th, 1967. Degree in Economic and Social Sciences from Università Bocconi. Master of Science in Economics from the London School of Economics. CIS from the Graduate Institute of International Studies in Geneva. PhD in Economics from Università Bocconi, Università Cattolica  and Università degli Studi di Milano. Doctorat en Sciences Economiques from the Université Catholique de Louvain of Louvain.

Academic CV

Full Professor of Economics at the Università degli Studi di Bologna. Research Fellow of the Centre for Economic Policy Research, London, and Senior Non-Resident Fellow at Bruegel, Brussels. Previously he was an Associate Professor of Economics at Università Bocconi and an Assistant Professor of Economics at the Università degli Studi di Bologna as well as Member of the Centre for Operations Research and Econometrics, Louvain-la- Neuve, and Jean Monnet Fellow at the Istituto Universitario Europeo, Fiesole.
