Born May 9th, 1966. Degree in Business Administration from Università Bocconi. PhD in Business Administration (Università Bocconi).


Academic CV

Associate Professor of Business Organization. Director of the Specialized Master of Science in Organization and Human Resources Management from 2003 to 2008.  Senior Professor of the Organization and Human Resources Management Department at the SDA Bocconi School of Management where she is the Director of the Executive Master in Strategic Human Resource Management.  She has been a visiting scholar at the University of Michigan Business School, Ann Arbor (MI, U.S.A.) and at the University of Maryland Business School, College Park (MD, U.S.A.). Honors and awards: Excellence in Research Award, Bocconi University 2004-2005. Best Paper Award, "The importance of organizational justice in career decisions", The Career Division of the Academy of Management, Toronto, 2000. 


Research areas

Strategic Human Resource Management: HR architecture, capabilities and organizational performance; Organizational climate and performance; determinants of public service organizations performance. HRM systems and career systems. Organizational justice and HRM systems. Management and organization of cultural institutions and museums.
