How to obtain the documents
Certifications issued by Bocconi University bearing the Bocconi logo, are for the most part digitally stamped and are subject to payment of the imposta di bollo ‘stamp duty’ (see "Costs and payment methods" for details). Certifications requested through cert@B, produced by Academic Services, are digitally stamped (see note) and are for the most part available in electronic format except in cases where a request is made to send the document in paper format to a physical address. Note: The authenticity of the digital stamp can be verified by using the software made available by Bocconi University at www.unibocconi.it/certificatedecoder. In the cases provided for by regulations, certifications exempt from stamp duty can be requested from the office responsible for issuing the certification, by sending a specific request through 'B in Touch' > Certifications.
All students MUST make requests ONLY by using the cert@B procedure available on the yoU@B Diary. In this case the cost for the request must be paid through the payment procedure by credit card; (for costs of certification request and issue see "Costs and payment methods").
The certifications that can be requested via yoU@B are the following ones:
All typologies of the certifications are available in Italian and in English. If the certification to be requested is not included in the above list: the interested party should contact the office of reference via B in Touch to inquire about the feasibility, timelines for its issue and to forward the request according to the methods provided by the service. We remind you that in compliance with Italian current regulations, all certifications to be submitted to private bodies will contain the following wording (without which it will be null and void): "This certification is not valid for use in public administration offices or to private firms managing public services in Italy".
