1.1.1.
Student unofficial academic transcript

The unofficial academic transcript is a document that, once enrolment has been finalized, contains the student's personal details and all the courses listed in the program structure.

Subsequently the transcript is updated with the dates and marks of exams passed.

The updated transcript - with dates and marks of exams passed - can be printed at anytime by accessing, through the yoU@B student Diary, from the Punto Blu terminals located at the University and selecting the menu Administrative Area>Certifications.

The unofficial academic transcript can be used as a memo as it is not a certification. On this transcript, during exams, teachers may write the mark and date of exam passed.
In addition it includes the single grades of courses subdivided in modules (if included in the program structure) valid exclusively at the University for rankings such as ISU scholarships, Exchange programs etc.).

1.1.2.
Bocconi ID Card

The personalized Bocconi photo ID card is an essential non-transferable personal document used:
  • as proof of identity in the University;
  • to sit exams;
  • to access some University Buildings with controlled entry;
  • to use IT rooms;
  • to use the cafeteria;
  • to use the Library and to borrow books;
  • to use the MyPrint Service.

In addition the student ID card is also enabled to be used for banking operations.

Students interested in using their ID card for banking operations must activate it by bringing a valid ID document and the Italian tax code to:
  • the appropriate "Punti di attivazione" (Activation points) available in the month of September in the offices of the University;
  • the Banca Popolare di Sondrio, ag. 11 (Via F. Bocconi 8)
  • all branches of Banca Popolare di Sondrio in Italy.

Once the card has been activated for banking operations is made free of charge by the Banca Popolare di Sondrio: contracts and payment services will occur between the user and the Bank, without mediation by the University.

1.1.2.1.
Your ID card Widget

On their yoU@B Diary, students can find the ‘Your ID Card’ widget’ allowing them to manage the deactivation/reactivation of the card, in case their card is lost/stolen. Specifically they can:

  • print a QR code daily pass* only valid to access the University Buildings;
  • temporarily deactivate the Bocconi ID card – for security reasons and only with reference to Services on Campus;
  • reactivate the Bocconi ID Card – only with reference to the Services on Campus.

*The QR Code pass will allow access to campus buildings with controlled entry, but it will not grant rights to other Bocconi services (e.g. sitting exams, book loans at the Library, etc.).

In addition, issuance of a QR Code will automatically deactivate the forgotten/losen card; to use again the student ID card forgotten, students must enter the yoU@B Diary and click ‘Reactivate your ID card’ button.
If the card has been activated as a credit card, students must block it by following the procedure described in 'Theft and loss of ID card'.

As the student Id card is an identification document essential for the campus activities, in case of card loss/stolen students must request a duplicate of it in accordance with what described in Theft and loss of ID card.
