Prerequisites

The course is entirely held in English, but it is not required a native speaker level. The course is actually an opportunity to improve language skills in the legal area. The course, however, aims at encouraging the interaction with teachers and among students as well as teaching a critical approach, rather than verifying language skills.
In order to take effectively part to the course, it is required that any student has previously passed both the criminal law (general part) and international law exams.
