Synchronous Blended: Lessons in synchronous mode in the classroom (for a maximum of one hour per credit in remote mode)
The course aims at providing support for the main curricular course (in the second semester). It is aimed at students with a B1 (Intermediate) level (see CEFR framework) in order to enable them to take the main curricular B2 (post intermediate) general knowledge and skills required to pass the Bocconi internal exam from the end of the first year.
The duration of the course is (24 hours) in Year One , Semester 1. There is no exam.
The main topic areas covered during the course include Training & Working Abroad, Logistics, International Marketing, Working Conditions, HR Management, Customer service, Talking facts, Management Styles, Leadership, Global Business.

Students will be able to understand the main points of clear standard input on familiar matter. They will be able to communicate on topics which are familiar or of personal interest.
