Fornire a coloro che possiedono un livello in ingresso al biennio inferiore o pari ad A2 un precorso che consenta di meglio affrontare il periodo iniziale di ambientamento in Italia e che favorisca la successiva proficua partecipazione al corso curriculare di italiano per stranieri di livello B1 business (che ha una prima parte al 2° semestre 1° anno e una seconda parte al 1° semestre del 2° anno). La frequenza è pertanto fortemente consigliata. The preparatory course is offered to MSc students whose entry level is lower than or equal to A2 and aims at providing knowledge and skills to prepare effectively for the B1 business level curricular course (which is divided into two parts, the first being in the second semester of 1st year and the second being in the first semester of the 2nd year). Therefore, attendance is highly recommended.

Il precorso è impartito al 1° semestre 1° anno (52 ore) e non prevede esame.
In corrispondenza dell’inizio della didattica gli studenti sono divisi in tre gruppi in funzione del loro livello in ingresso: absolute beginner, beginner, elementary user.
Gli argomenti trattati sono:
- Presentarsi e conoscere nuove persone
- I numeri e le nazionalità
- Sopravvivere in Italia: comprare e ordinare cibi e bevande
- Sport e tempo libero
- Cercare un appartamento
- Strutture grammaticali di base
The preparatory course is offered in the 1st semester of 1st year (52 hours) and there are no exams for this course (not partial nor general exams). Students are divided into 3 groups, according to their entry level: absolute beginner, beginner, elementary user.
The program deals with the following topics:
- Meeting new people
- Numbers and nationalities
- Surviving in Italy: ordering and buying food and drinks
- Sport and leisure
- Looking for an apartment
- Basic grammar
- Lezioni frontali
- Esercitazioni (esercizi, banche dati, software etc.)
- Lavori/Assignment individuali
- Altre attivita' d'aula interattive (role playing, business game, simulation, online forum, instant polls)
