Mission e Programma sintetico
MISSION

PROGRAMMA SINTETICO

Il corso è idealmente diviso in tre parti.

In particolare si approfondiscono l’EVC (economic value for the customer), i modelli multiattributo, la conjoint analysis e l’approccio ibrido.

  • Lezioni frontali
  • Lezioni online
  • Testimonianze (in aula o a distanza)
  • Esercitazioni (esercizi, banche dati, software etc.)
  • Analisi casi studio / Incidents guidati (tradizionali, multimediali)
  • Lavori/Assignment individuali
  • Altre attivita' d'aula interattive (role playing, business game, simulation, online forum, instant polls)
DETTAGLI

Accertamento in itinere Prove parziali Prova generale
  • Prova individuale scritta (tradizionale/online)
  •     x
  • Assignment individuale (relazione, esercizio, dimostrazione, progetto etc.)
  • x
    STUDENTI FREQUENTANTI

    DETAILS

The course involves in-class exercises, case study discussions, and interactive class activities for the students to be able to apply frameworks and tools that they learn during the course for analyzing target customers’ decision making process. These tools help students to develop specific recommendations and action plans to satisfy target customers’ needs and wants.

    Lectures

The majority of the sessions will be in the format of lectures that will provide you with knowledge on key concepts and framework(s) to understand how a particular factor might influence the consumer buying behavior. The lectures will be in an interactive format, where you will be asked to discuss in class discussion questions. These in-class discussion questions will help you to reinforce your learning of the key concepts and framework(s).

    Case discussions
