MISSION

Giacchè l'attività di marketing si colloca in un contesto economico normato, il corso si propone di analizzare le opportunità e i rischi giuridici che si offrono e che limitano l'attività di marketing.

PROGRAMMA SINTETICO

Durante il corso si discuteranno i seguenti temi:

  • Data protection.
  • Marchi.
  • Domain names.
  • Adwords.
  • Licenza di marchio.
  • Merchandising.
  • Pubblicità.
  • Pubblicità basata sugli interessi.
  • Sponsorship /Ambush marketing.
  • Diritto d’autore online.
  • Responsabilità degli intermediari internet.
  • Antitrust.
  • E-commerce.

Durante le lezioni frontali si discutono anche dei casi pratici. Le testimonianze inoltre servono a spiegare come il diritto influenzi l'attività di marketing anche nel quotidiano.

    DETAILS

    The course hosts one or more guest speakers to comment how legal rules affect marketing activities in everyday life. Hypothetical cases are also analyzed during the face-to-face lectures.
