Weekly lectures are supplemented with engaging slides, example videos, class activities, and group project assignments.

ATTENDING STUDENTS
75% of the grade: 3 multiple choice tests (2 interim tests and 1 final exam) throughout the semester. The students get the option to drop 1 interim test with the lowest score. All tests are aimed at testing students' understanding of concepts taught in the course as well as their practical application.
25% of the grade: group presentation. The group presentation will give students the chance to delve deeper into a leadership topic and practice their written and presentation skills.
Students have to earn a minimum grade of 18/30 to pass the course.
NOT ATTENDING STUDENTS
100% of the grade: final exam at the end of the course that relies on multiple choice and open questions, based on the following course material:
Northouse, P. G. (8th edition). Leadership: Theory and practice. Sage publications. Copies are in the libaray.
Students have to earn a minimum grade of 18/30 to pass the course.
