"I am an associate professor of commercial law at Bocconi University in Milan, where I teach Intellectual property law at ACME (Economics and management of art , communication and culture), and Law for marketing at MM (Marketing Management). After finishing my PhD in competition law and having attended the LLM in IP law at Queen Mary University of London, I have been visiting scholar at the Institute of Computer and Communications Law ( CCLS ), Queen Mary University of London and scholarship holder at Max Planck Institute in Munich. My main interests are intellectual property and competition law. After several years and many publications on digital copyright, I recently published the book: Il diritto d’autore nell’era digitale: la distribuzione online delle opere dell’ingegno, Giuffre 2012. My current research interest is on Copyright and Architecture, in particular, I am investigating the role of new technologies in facilitating civic engagement not only online but also in relation to urban and architectural spaces. In short, IP and landscape is the topic that will keep me busy in the future."
