MARIA CHIARA MOSCA

I gained my Degree in Economics from Bocconi and a Master of Science in Law and Accounting from London School of Economics. I hold a PhD in International Commercial and Corporate Law from Università Cattolica di Milano. My PhD dissertation on "Takeover Bids and Acting in Concert" won the prize for the best PhD dissertation by 'Associazione Gian Franco Campobasso' and my scientific monograph “opa obbligatoria e azione di concerto” was awarded by the Bocconi Legal Studies Award. I am Resident Fellow of Baffi Research Centre (Centre on Markets, Money and Regulation). I served the Consultative Working Group supporting ESMA Corporate Finance Standing Committee for two years since November 2013.
