I am an Associate Professor Associato in the Department of Management and Technology of the Università Commerciale L. Bocconi. I am also Director of the DBA (Doctorate in Business Administration) at SDABocconi School of Management where I am also Professor of Leadership. Before joining Bocconi UNiversity I was Assistant Professor of Organizational Behavior at INSEAD, where I still hold a Visiting Professor position. I was Visiting Scholar at the Haas School of Business of the University of California at Berkeley and Affiliate Professor at the Wharton Sports Business Initiative, Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. I am a member of the research centers dei centri di ricerca ICRIOS e Gucci Research Lab at Bocconi and of the Center for Sports and Business at the Stockholm School of Economics. I am member of the editorial borads of Strategic Management Journal and ad-hoc reviewer for, among others, the following journals: Administrative Science Quarterly, Academy of Management Journal, Organization Science, Industrial and Corporate Change.
