Biographical note
Colin MacArthur is an internationally-recognized expert in government digital transformation. He’s led successful digitization programs in the United States and Canadian federal governments, consulting for the White House, NASA, and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. Colin has taught design thinking processes for entrepreneurship at Northeastern University, and has lectured at Harvard University and University of California, Berkeley. He has served as a delegate to the OECD Working Party of Senior Digital Government Officials in Brussels, and speaks widely on customer experience transformation and building cultures of innovation. Colin holds a Masters in Information Management and Systems from the School of Information, University of California, Berkeley.
