Obiettivi formativi del corso

Il corso affronta il tema dello sviluppo di piani previsionali sia per nuove aziende sia per nuovi business avviati all’interno di imprese già esistenti. Nelle diverse sessioni vengono illustrati i contenuti di un business plan, sia nei suoi aspetti qualitativi (dall’analisi della concorrenza, alla stima del mercato di sbocco, alla definizione del sistema di offerta, alle scelte relative alla struttura aziendale), sia nei suoi aspetti quantitativi (dalla stesura dei bilanci previsionali alla valutazione del business plan).

Quest’anno il corso verrà parzialmente rinnovato per accentuare l’approccio pratico ai temi trattati e dare più spazio al lavoro sul campo. Per i soli frequentanti il corso prevede:

  • un lavoro di gruppo volto alla costruzione di un business plan che verrà parzialmente svolto in aula sotto la supervisione del docente. L´obiettivo di questo lavoro è applicare tutti gli strumenti appresi nel corso e negli insegnamenti degli anni precedenti ad un progetto imprenditoriale;
  • 4 esercitazioni in aula informatica (per un totale di 16 ore) volte a consolidare con la pratica diretta i concetti presentati in aula.

Course Objectives
The purpose of the course is to explore the issues related to conceptualizing, developing and managing a business opportunity in either an independent or corporate setting. Course activities are aimed at presenting elements of an effective and comprehensive business development plan, in its qualitative (competitors analysis,demand forecasting, product definition), and quantitative issues (forecasting financial and economic results and evaluating the new venture).
This year the course will be partially renovated, in order to strengthen the practical approach and to give more emphasis to field projects.

For attending students only the course will include:
  • A team work aimed at developing a business plan on a business of student’s choice. The aim of the team work is to apply the tools presented during the course (and during previous courses) to a new business idea. Part of the team work will be done during classes under the supervision of the teachers.
  • 4 practical exercises on pc (for a total of 16 hours) to practice the tools presented during the course. 
  • Guest speakers.
