Obiettivi formativi del corso

In passato l'attività di scelta e consumo era spesso considerata processo prevalentemente razionale. Oggi il consumo si conforma come esperienza. L'emozione diventa fattore centrale all'interno di un'attività olistica in cui gli aspetti funzionali del prodotto/servizio si integrano con stimoli di natura sensoriale. Il consumatore e' anche alla ricerca di un'esperienza memorabile. Questo nuovo contesto e' coerente con gli approcci postmoderni al consumo e ai consumatori, in cui l'esperienza e' anche esperienza di legame sociale. Il corso si propone di analizzare, attraverso prospettive teoriche e approfondimenti empirici, il marketing esperienziale e come le imprese lo affrontano.

  • L'immersione nel consumo.
  • Esperienza in ambiente digitale: il concetto di flow.
  • Marketing post-moderno.
  • Marketing tribale.
  • Emozioni e consumo.
