Obiettivi formativi del corso
Acquisire e scambiare conoscenza attraverso l’interazione con gli altri e l’influenza attraverso la comunicazione efficace sono ritenute capacità fondamentali per far fronte alla complessità del contesto economico e lavorativo attuale. Il seminario si focalizza quindi sullo sviluppo, attraverso la sperimentazione, delle competenze legate alla collaborazione e al parlare in pubblico. Attraverso esercizi, self-assessment e momenti di feedback, gli studenti sono chiamati ad immergersi appieno nella materia, al fine di apprenderne gli strumenti fondamentali e quindi di prepararsi alle sfide del mercato attuale.

  • Modulo 2: integrare la conoscenza collaborando.
  • Modulo 3: parlare in pubblico e presentation skills (I).
  • Modulo 4: parlare in pubblico e presentation skills (II).

Descrizione dettagliata delle modalità d'esame
Per ottenere i crediti di questo corso, la presenza ad entrambe le giornate di lezione (due giorni) è obbligatoria (la frequenza viene rilevata durante l'intera durata del corso).
Gli studenti che perdono più di 4 ore di lezione devono rifrequentare l'intero seminario nell'anno successivo.
Non è previsto un esame finale. I crediti sono ottenuti frequentando le lezioni.

Course Objectives
Acquiring and exchanging knowledge, as well as influencing others through effective communication represent two important skills for facing the complexity of the work environment. The seminar is focused on the development of collaboration skills and public speaking skills through experimentation and active learning exercises. Through exercises, self-assessments and feedback, students will be immersed in the above mentioned topic in order to acquire the basic tools to face the complexity of the current work environment.

  • Module 2: collaboration for knowledge integration.
  • Module 3: public speaking and presentation skills (I).
  • Module 4: public speaking and presentation skills (II).

Detailed Description of Assessment Methods

To receive credits for this seminar, attendance for the full two days duration is mandatory (attendance is recorded throughout the program). Students who miss more than a half day of the seminar have to retake the entire seminar in the subsequent year.
There is no final exam. The credits are obtained by attending the seminar.
