Il corso si propone di supportare gli studenti nello sviluppo di abilità comportamentali indispensabili per un corretto approdo al mondo delle imprese. Tra queste: la capacità di valorizzare le proprie caratteristiche individuali e quelle altrui all’interno di gruppi di lavoro eterogenei, la capacità di progettare efficaci presentazioni attraverso slides, la capacità di parlare e comunicare in pubblico e la maturazione di una sensibilità adeguata ad approcciare la realtà aziendale e il mercato del lavoro. Tali abilità sono trasmesse attraverso simulazioni pratiche e mediante il confronto con docenti e professionisti esperti.

La frequenza è obbligatoria al fine dell’acquisizione dei crediti formativi per tutte le ore di lezione di cui si compone il corso. Non è prevista la modalità non frequentante. La frequenza viene accertata dai docenti presenti in aula.

The course aims at developing self-management and interpersonal skills that represent the core of managerial roles for its effective enactment. The topics (one for each workshop) are related to the basic managerial skills such us:

team work.

Communication skills.

Public speaking.

Leadership.
Each topics is developed in class through role playing and simulation guided by experts of organizational behavior and managerial skills.
- Working in teams: understanding and managing inter-individual differences.
- Designing effective presentations.
- Public speaking: methodologies and tools.
- Managing interpersonal relationships in the working environment.
Role playing and simulation during the workshop.
Attendance is compulsory to get credits. There is no other way to pass the exam. The attendance will be checked by the teachers directly in classroom.
