Mission e Programma sintetico
MISSION

I ruoli nelle organizzazioni oggi presentano livelli di complessità crescente, dove la qualità della prestazione è determinata in modo particolare dalle competenze di self-management, di leadership e influenza oltre che di comunicazione e di relazione in team interfunzionali e/o internazionali. Partendo da questa evidenza, i seminari si propongono come un luogo privilegiato in cui allenare le competenze manageriali, affiancando a brevi momenti di inquadramento teorico , momenti di esplorazione e sperimentazione delle proprie capacità personali e delle metodologie e tecniche che consentono di amplificarne l’efficacia in azione.

PROGRAMMA SINTETICO

I temi/le capacità a cui il corso è dedicato sono:

  • Comunicazione: costruire la relazione e condividere significati per l’efficacia del coordinamento e della prestazione, comunicare in pubblico.
  • Team building e team work: la gestione e la valorizzazione delle caratteristiche individuali e delle dinamiche di relazione nei gruppi.
  • Negoziazione: la risoluzione di problemi complessi all’interno di relazioni caratterizzate da punti di vista e obiettivi diversi.

    Mission & Content Summary
    MISSION

    There is growing evidence that optimal performance in a work environment is driven not only by technical competencies but also by self-management and behavioral skills that enable knowledge and experience to be translated into high value added results. Networks, result orientation, responsibility and continuous learning require the development of self-regulation abilities together with communication, influence, negotiation and team management skills for performance effectiveness. These are the topics on which the teaching and learning are focused. Given the learning goals, teaching is experience-based and highly interactive. Brief theory modules are followed by experience-based learning situations to build competencies and to facilitate transfer to the class and work environment.

    • Effective one-to-one communication.
    • Negotiation skills.
    • Influence, the art and craft of power management.
    • Team building and team work.

    • In order to be considered  as attending, students MUST attend ALL sessions (16 hours)  in the class they belong to. No class changes are admitted! No changes are allowed with the exception of students who must attend Bocconi events and activities upon authorization by the students office through the Help&Contact application prior to the beginning of the course.

    MISSION

    Nei ruoli manageriali le competenze di comportamento sono importanti tanto quanto quelle tecnico-specialistiche. I seminari si propongono come un luogo ‘protetto’, una palestra in cui allenare le competenze comportamentali, affiancando momenti di esplorazione e sperimentazione delle proprie capacità personali e delle metodologie e tecniche che consentono di amplificarne l’efficacia in azione a momenti di inquadramento teorico

    PROGRAMMA SINTETICO

    Il corso è dedicato allo sviluppo delle capacità relazionali, ed è articolato in quattro moduli tematici:

    • Comunicazione efficace.
    • Dinamiche e gestione del lavoro di gruppo.
    • Tecniche e comportamenti di negoziazione.
    • Gestione delle relazioni di autorità e di potere.

    STUDENTI FREQUENTANTI

    Il test è scritto, closed books, con domande applicate ad una situazione simile a quelle discusse in classe. Il formato è simile ad un’intervista strutturata (applichereste il comportamento x o y nella situazione descritta, si/no/perchè). La valutazione è pass or fail.

    • Nel caso di “pass”, il voto è registrato d’ufficio.
    • Nel caso di fail, o di mancati requisiti di presenza, l’esame può essere sostenuto in appelli successivi in modalità non frequentante (o l’anno accademico successivo in base a nuova frequenza).

    Per accedere alla prova frequentanti è richiesta la presenza a tutte le sessioni. La presenza è rilevata attraverso la procedura di registrazione ‘Attendance’. Non sono ammessi cambi di classe, eccezione fatta per impegni istituzionali per l’università: in tal caso, essendo previste per il CLEF 2 classi tenute dalla stessa docente, si può frequentare nell’altra classe PREVIA COMUNICAZIONE ENTRO L’INIZIO DEL SEMESTRE.

    Written exam  with 1 open, class-specific question (pass/fail). Students are considered an attending only if they were present to all the classes (total 16 hours).
