Born 30th January 1974. Degree in Business Administration from Università Bocconi (1997). PhD in Management from Università Bocconi (2001). Visiting Scholar at Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania (2000). International Teacher Programme at Stockholm School of Economics (2005).

Associate Professor of Organization. Director of the Masters Division at the SDA Bocconi School of Management (2012-2016). Director of the Organization and Human Resources Department at SDA Bocconi School of Management (2006-2012).
