Biographical note

Kellen Trilha Schappo is a Post-doctoral researcher at Bocconi University. She holds a Ph.D. from Sciences Po Law School (Paris, France), obtained in 2016 with the thesis A normatively heterogeneous world's blind spots: An essay on the regulatory effects of individual agency in contemporary private international law. She holds a Master’s degree in Private International Law and International Trade Law from the University Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, as well as a degree in Comparative Law from the University of Urbino Carlo Bo (Italy). Her main areas of interest are Private International Law, International Business Law and International Arbitration.
